MTV VMAs: Beyonce Steals The Show, Cries On Stage With Jay Z & Blue Ivy

Beyonce says it best, “Bow down b*tches.” The singer delivered a showstopping, we are woman hear us roar performance on Sunday night during the MTV VMAs and it will go down in the books as one of the best VMAs performances EVER.

The singer closed out the awards show with a near 20 minute set, delivering most of her tracks from her latest self titled album, Beyonce. And of course the Queen Bey gave us what we can always expect; great vocals, killer dance moves and Sasha Fierce. But there was one moment that completely stole the show.

Following Bey’s performance of “XO”, her husband Jay Z and their 2-year-old daughter Blue Ivy presented the singer with the coveted Michael Jackson Vanguard Award. As the singer accepted the honor, she was moved to tears when her daughter said into the microphone, “Good job Mommy.”

‘‘I have nothing to say but I am filled with so much gratitude,’’ Beyonce told the crowd.

The special moment comes on the heels of reports that the power couple are having problems in their marriage. But something tells us that rumors will completely subside after last night’s performance.

Girl Power Prevails At The 2017 American Music Awards

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
