Kid Ink Makes It To Uforia Fest After Being Released From Jail!

Kin Ink took the stage at the Uforia Music Festival on Saturday just hours after being released from jail. The rapper was supposed perform at 5:45 p.m. and arrived only 15 minutes late. Impressive.

“LA you’ll never believe the day I had today, but I’m here!! #UforiaFestival I’m on in 15 mins!! Better late than never,” he wrote on Instagram.

The rapper was taken into custody early Saturday morning in Vegas for disturbing the peace. Just before 3 a.m. cops received a call about a fight that had broken out at 1Oak nightclub in the Mirage. Kid’s rep tells TMZ, that he and some friends were taking photos on the closed red carpet, but when there was an issue between a third party and security police stepped in.

Police ended up arresting both Kid and his friend. Kid was booked for disturbing the peace, meanwhile, the woman was booked for giving a false statement to officers. (It’s unclear what was said) Ink was released from jail Saturday afternoon and still managed to make it to LA for his performance.

Some of the other performers included Kid Cudi, Ludacris, Nelly, Sage the Gemini and Dirty South.

It’s no secret that Drake’s been on a giving spree while in Miami. From college kids to hotel workers and everyone in between, the rapper has been changing lives one dollar at a time — and now we can see it all in action.

Clearly, it was “God’s Plan” for Drizzy to take his entire budget for his music video and spend it on various residents and workers in Florida’s hot spot city. That’s right almost a million bucks — $996,631.90 to be exact — was slotted for Drake to shoot the visuals for his latest hit but instead he used all the money to make a difference. And in doing so, he made us cry … multiple times. Just watch the video below.

In a statement the self-professed “6god” said this video was “the most important thing” he’s ever done. We’d agree.
