Jay Z played nice this weekend while performing at Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival! Jay surprised concertgoers when he took to the stage with Jay Electronica to perform “We Made It.” On the original track, Jay fired shots at Drake, calling the rapper Mrs. Drizzy over comments the Canadian rapper made in Rolling Stone about Jigga’s art collection.
“Sorry Mrs. Drizzy for so much art talk. Silly me rappin’ ’bout shit that I really bought.”
Jay, who has since made nice with Drake, didn’t delete the line from his rap, but did give his “Pound Cake” collaborator the courtesy of a mister. “Sorry Mr. Drizzy for so much art talk. Silly me rappin’ ’bout shit that I really bought,” Hov rapped in front of the BK crowd.
