Former Destiny’s Child member, Farrah Franklin was arrested on Sunday morning in South Carolina for disorderly conduct.

HipHollywood has learned that the 33-year-old was taken into custody and booked at the Horry County Detention Center at 4:55 a.m. and was released on bail just seven hours later.

According to law enforcement, the singer flew to Myrtle Beach to spend time with NFL player, Da’Quan Bowers. On Saturday evening, Farrah, Da’Quan and NFL player Ricky Sapp went out on the town and ended up at Sapp’s place where everyone was drinking. Franklin had gotten so intoxicated, the NFL players called police after she began screaming and slamming doors. The ballers also were led to believe that the singer was on drugs.

According to law enforcement, Franklin fled the scene after the cops were called. Officials later found the star sprawled out on a nearby neighbor’s lawn “highly intoxicated” and “unsteady on her feet.” Although the singer denied being high on drugs, she told cops she planned on sleeping in the woods.

The 33-year-old, who joined the group back in 2000 but was kicked out not even 6-months later, took to Instagram to address the arrest. The singer posted a message on the social media website which reads:

“To be great, you have to be willing to be mocked, hated, and misunderstood. Stay strong.”

The singer captioned the message:

“That part! I’m good just hate the dumb media sometimes, but hey this is the job I signed up for. So I respect it. #TurnDownForWhat #TeamFARRAH #GodsChild

This isn’t Franklin’s first rodeo with getting into legal trouble, the singer was arrested back in 2011 for … Yep, disorderly conduct.

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
