Tracy Morgan Released From Hospital
Tracy Morgan left Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey on Friday morning to enter an undisclosed injury rehabilitation facility. The comedian suffered a broken leg, broken nose and broken ribs during a six-car crash that killed his friend, comedian James McNair.
Morgan’s spokesperson, Lewis Kay, released this statement regarding Morgan’s condition:
“While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go. He and Megan wanted to publicly express their deepest gratitude to everyone at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for the unbelievable care and attention they provided him.”
A report released earlier this week revealed that Kevin Roper, the Walmart truck driver who caused the crash, was speeding at the time of the incident.
