Most Bizarre Petition: Fans Ask Jay Z And Beyonce To Comb Blue Ivy’s Hair

Published

on

We can’t make this up … A fan is so up in arms about Blue Ivy’s natural hair status, she has started a petition on change.org for Beyonce to comb her 2-year-old daughter’s hair.

“As a woman who understands the importance of hair care. It’s disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture,” the petition’s description reads. “The parents of Blue Ivy. Sean Carter A.K.A Jay-Z and Beyoncé has failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy Hair. This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls. Please let’s get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy hair.”

Over the past few years, Beyonce and Jay Z have shielded their daughter as best as possible, often times only sharing candid snapshots of the toddler’s hands, feet or … hair. But, Blue Ivy’s locks have been the topic of conversation for two years now and it’s clear Jasmine Toliver, who started the petition, felt like she needed to help make a change.

There have been a slew of comments from fans reacting to the petition, titled “Comb her Hair”, including a response from Love and War singer, Tamar Braxton. During an interview with Atlanta’s V103 the singer reacted to the petition, saying: “It just needs some product. That’s it. No shade. I have a nephew who has really, really curly hair like this. …It ain’t that bad.”

On Wednesday, Toliver took to Facebook to explain why she started the petition and it turns out … It was all meant to be light hearted.

“My joke took off anything I guess with “sign a petition” is funny if I would’ve said “sign a petition to save Lebron James hairline” that would’ve took off too! It’s a clever joke.! Nobody came up with before. These blogs and websites are doing the most. My hair looks like blue ivy right now except its moisturized and detangled. Yes I’m natural.! Have a seat to most people. I can care less about Beyoncé or jay z but I do care for the kids hair. People make nothing out of something. I love being black! I’m proud my bloodline runs from Africa. I’m proud of my own tightly coiled kinks. I’m proud of my big lips and brown skin. People just need to breathe and chill out.”

We will point out that in March, the Carter was family was spotted in Barcelona and Blue Ivy’s hair was … COMBED.

Halle Berry & Her Wig Return For L.A. Riots Drama ‘Kings’

Published

on

We may know why Halle Berry had those trendils of terrors at last years Oscars ceremony … she was in character for her new flick Kings.

The trailer just dropped and Berry’s curly locks are pretty identical to the ones she infamously rocked at the 2017 Academy awards. Folks went in on the gorgeous beauty about her hair choice for the evening, but we think once people see the trailer they’ll give her a pass.

Kings tells the story of Millie (Berry), a single mother with eight children, and some of them aren’t even her own. But she takes it upon herself to give them the best home that she can, even if it brings a little craziness into her neighborhood and drives her next door neighbor Obie (Daniel Craig) a little crazy. But there’s turmoil on the horizon after the Rodney King verdict is announced and the riots begin, seemingly putting Millie and her family in danger on the streets.

Similar to last years Detroit the flick, directed by Deniz Gamze Ergüven tackles racial tensions between citizens and law enforcement. Kings received mixed reviews when it premiered at September’s Toronto International Film Festival, but audiences will get to make up their own minds about the hot-button race-relations drama when it lands in theaters on April 27.
