Beyonce and Jay Z kicked off their On The Run tour on Wednesday night and it was nothing short of a good time, not that we expected anything less.

Just months after Beyonce wrapped up her Mrs. Carter World Tour, the singer joined forces with her rapper husband for the second biggest tour of all time. Last night, the duo hit the stage at Miami’s Sun Life Stadium for the start of their 16-city summer trek. .According to reports, the evening’s rainy weather didn’t stop fans from rooting on the power couple.

Woke

Around 9:30 p.m, the show started. “I need some gangster sh*t,” Beyonce whispered over a black and white video displayed on massive screen. That’s when the couple went into their 2003 hit, “03 Bonnie and Clyde.” Beyonce stunned in a fishnet mask while Jay Z sported a pair of sunglasses and gold chain.

During the Carter’s performance of “Forever Young” and “Halo,” the couple shared with fans never before seen video from their secret, April 4, 2008 nuptials and clips of the two getting their matching #4 wedding finger tattoos, which symbolizes their marriage and birthday dates. The couple also revealed home videos of their 2-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.

“There were videos of Blue in the pool with her mom, walking holding hands with her parents, Jay Z kissing Blue,” an audience member told Us Weekly. “It was a sweet moment — Jay Z and Beyoncé were both facing the screen watching the Blue videos while they sang ‘Halo.’ It was like they were singing the song to their baby girl. The two of them were beaming, smiling watching their little girl on the screen.”

The couple performed some of their top hits, including “Drunk in Love,” “Crazy In Love,” “Part II (On the Run)” and Jay Z’s “N*ggas in Paris” and “Tom Ford.” From incredible costume changes to a dynamic chemistry on stage, it sounds like the couple proved why they are a force to be reckoned with.

Is Trey Songz Completely Out Of Control?!

Published

on

Trey Songz used to be a singer known for sexually suggestive lyrics and his panache for saying “yuuuup.” Now, he may be known more as an R&B singer with a possible rage problem…

Trigga Trey has been accused of smacking a girl in the face with her own phone and now that accuser is suing for $50,000. The unidentified woman says that while at Philadelphia’s Vanity Grand Cabaret strip club she sought to get a snapshot with the singer, but he didn’t oblige. Instead, according to the woman, he pushed her phone back into her face and caused her glasses to break.

If true, this isn’t Trey’s first time getting way too aggressive for no d@mn reason. Just last year he became so upset over authorities ending his show in Detroit that he threw microphones and speakers from the stage. Unfortunately, he also injured a police officer in the process. In August, he reached a plea deal in that case and got his felony assault charge reduced to just two counts of disturbing the peace.

So, back to the fan who just wanted a photo. It looks like she’s only seeking coin and not criminal charges. And in Songz’s defense he does take pictures with some fans (see below), so maybe it was just the way she asked.
