Chris Brown is getting rid of two of his Los Angeles homes, including his “graffiti” mansion in the Hollywood Hills.
According to TMZ, the singer let go of the Hollywood Hills pad, which is currently in escrow for $1.79 million. You might remember, in May 2013 Brown came under fire for spray painting colorful, sharp tooth goblins and monsters on the side of his HH home.
“Children are frightened of the monster paintings, adults are angered and frightened of the whole vibe this situation has created. This has always been a quiet, peaceful, family oriented neighborhood and we are not used to the speeding fast cars flying through the small windy streets, the wild parties and bad, entitled attitude,” Patti Negri, president of the Hollywood Dell Civic Association told us.
Sources tell the news outlet that the singer also put his West Hollywood penthouse condo on the market, which just sold for $1.6 million.
Brown was released from jail earlier this month after serving a 108 day sentence.
