Kerry Washington Gives Birth Two Weeks Ago …. How We All Missed The Signs!

Kerry Washington and husband Nnamdi Asomugha are now proud parents of a healthy baby girl.

According to TMZ, Kerry gave birth to baby Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha two weeks ago. Yup, two weeks ago. According to the news outlet, Isabelle was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. April 21, just one day after Easter Sunday. The site is also reporting that Nnamdi signed the birth certificate more than a week after the birth of his first child.

Washington, who secretly married Asomugha in June 2013, is known to keep her personal life private so it comes to no surprise that the star didn’t share with the world that she gave birth. But if you look through Washington’s Twitter timeline, the star who usually tweets everyday, posted Happy Easter on Sunday, April 20 and didn’t tweet a single thing on the 21st.

On April 22nd, the star tweeted:

“FINALLY caught up on #Parenthood #GameOfThrones #TheGoodWife … Next up #OrphanBlack.”

Basically, it’s safe to say that Washington was probably home relaxing, enjoying her new bundle of joy. And based on the Scandal star’s Twitter account, we know that she had been spending some quality time with her parents.

“Happy Saturday. I’m hanging with fam watching Penn & Drake Relays… #blessed #track&FieldDayWithDad,” Kerry tweeted nearly a week after giving birth.

Isabelle is the first child for both Kerry and Nnamdi.

Congratulations to the lovely couple.

Review: ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ Is Bigger & Better Than The First

If you liked Kingsman:The Secret Service, get ready for The Golden Circle. Hands downs this Kingsman is bigger, badder and better than the first.

Director Matthew Vaughn really takes it up a notch and gives fans much more action and fight sequences. Right off the top we see Eggsy (Taron Egerton) in this amazing car chase scene that will have you applauding as soon as the Prince track ends.

And while we’re talking music the film has an amazing sound track. And if you didnt know, Elton John is also in the film acting and singing some of his classic tunes.

What I also loved were the new editions.  Channing Tatum, Halle Berry, Jeff Bridges and Pedro Pascal who play the Statesmen – the American version of the Kingsman –  and the dynamic between the two is pretty comical. Vaughn really explores the difference between the two cultures – mannered men in suits versus macho men in jeans and cowboy boots.

Then there’s Julianne Moore who plays the villain, she’s like this maniacal Martha Stewart esque drug lord and she’s quite good at it.

Now there are some obnoxious moments (like that sex scene between Egerton and Poppy Delevigne).  But I think that’s the point. This franchise is all about turning the spy genre on it’s head and introducing the younger generation to a new type of Bond flick … And we think they are going to love it.
