Lance Gross on Eva Marcille: “All I Care About Is Her Being Happy”

Published

Eva Marcille may be going through some tough relationship issues right now, but her ex Lance Gross is sending his support!

It’s been over four years since Lance and Eva called off their engagement and since then the two have definitely moved on.

Lance has been dating his wardrobe stylist girlfriend, Rebecca Jefferies for about two years. Eva, on the other hand, moved on with musician Kevin McCall and the couple have a two month old daughter, Marley Rae. Unfortunately, the “Top Model” winner and her singer/songwriter beau were involved in a domestic dispute recently and Marcille filed a retraining order against McCall on March 28th.

When HipHollywood spoke to Gross (before Eva and Kevin’s incident), we asked him if he had the chance to congratulate his ex-fiancee on the birth of her daughter. While admitting the two aren’t “buddy buddy on the phone”, he did reveal that they are cordial, he knows Kevin and he wishes them nothing but happiness. “All I care about is her being happy and I’m sure all she cares about is me being happy. If we see each other at an event it’s always cool, we always say what’s up, I actually know Kev so it’s cool,” Lance revealed.

And it looks like Eva is trying to focus on her happiness as well. The reality star recently posted a picture with Kevin and their baby girl on Instagram writing, “#familyfirst”.

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
