Kevin Costner has starred in his fair share of sports movies, and now he’s tackling football in the new drama Draft Day.
“I love how Draft Day fits in with the other films I’ve done,” Costner told HipHollywood during the press junket. “It’s instantly classic, I think it’s very funny, and surprisingly exciting at the end as the pressure begins to build.”
In the film Costner plays the GM of The Cleveland Browns who finds himself up against the clock when the no.1 pick falls into his lap all while dealing with some personal issues with his girlfriend played by Jennifer Garner.
And while the film takes place in the boardroom and not on the field it does include some cameo’s from past and present NFL players like Terry Crews and Arian Foster. Check it out!
Draft Day hits theaters April 11th.
