2014 Coachella: Drake And Childish Gambino Join Jhene Aiko On Stage

Published

Songstress, Jhene Aiko took the stage during this weekend’s Coachella Festival and delivered a rather memorable performance. During her first ever Coachella set, the singer surprised fans and brought out Drake and Childish Gambino.

The 26-year-old opened up her performance with “Bed Peace” and introduced Gambino. But it was her on-stage collaboration with Drake that really got the crowd riled up. Mid-way though she and Drizzy’s hit “From Time,” you can hear concertgoers burst into cheers while Drake makes his way on stage.

“This is my first time at Coachella, by the way,” Drake said after giving his friend a warm hug. “So I want to let you know that it’s a motherf*ckin’ honor to be here with you tonight, and you better make some noise for Jhené one more time.”

Aiko stunned in a gold maxi skirt and sheer top with feather embellishments around her chest area, while Drake rocked a simple white T-shirt.

A few months ago, there were rumors that Drake and Aiko were an item. And while neither actually confirmed whether or not they were a couple, it’s safe to say that Drake and the singer are simply friends. The Candadian has reportedly rekindled his relationship with Rihanna.

“She’s having one of the best times in her life right now,” a source close to Rihanna told HollywoodLife. “Everything is coming into fruition and she can’t get enough of Drake.”

The insider added, “She’s really glad that they’re home together and enjoying one another’s company. People really have no idea of how busy both of them are. It’s crazy. It’s insane, so when they get a little down time, she wants to monopolize it and it’s he’s down with that.”

Is Trey Songz Completely Out Of Control?!

Published

on

Trey Songz used to be a singer known for sexually suggestive lyrics and his panache for saying “yuuuup.” Now, he may be known more as an R&B singer with a possible rage problem…

Trigga Trey has been accused of smacking a girl in the face with her own phone and now that accuser is suing for $50,000. The unidentified woman says that while at Philadelphia’s Vanity Grand Cabaret strip club she sought to get a snapshot with the singer, but he didn’t oblige. Instead, according to the woman, he pushed her phone back into her face and caused her glasses to break.

If true, this isn’t Trey’s first time getting way too aggressive for no d@mn reason. Just last year he became so upset over authorities ending his show in Detroit that he threw microphones and speakers from the stage. Unfortunately, he also injured a police officer in the process. In August, he reached a plea deal in that case and got his felony assault charge reduced to just two counts of disturbing the peace.

So, back to the fan who just wanted a photo. It looks like she’s only seeking coin and not criminal charges. And in Songz’s defense he does take pictures with some fans (see below), so maybe it was just the way she asked.
