You’ll Never Guess Who Bought Pharrell’s Grammy Hat For $44,100



Pharrell Williams’ Vivienne Westwood hat that he wore to the 2014 Grammy Awards has been the talk of award season, in fact, the fashionable hat has become a celebrity in its own right.

Over the weekend, the “Happy” singer auctioned off the fashion piece on eBay to raise money for his From One Hand To Another foundation and who gave top dollar for the hat? Arby’s!

That’s right, the fast food chain outbid everybody with a whopping, $44,100. According to Arby’s, they wanted support the charity which helps children learn through technology/arts and not to mention, the hat looks just like their logo.

“Thank you to whoever bought my Grammy hat on @eBay for $44,100. Your donation benefits From One Hand To AnOTHER,” Pharrell tweeted on Sunday night when the bidding closed.

“@pharrell you’re welcome. We’re HAPPY to support a great cause & get our hat back. Good luck at the #Oscars tonight,” Arby’s wrote in response.

Girl Power Prevails At The 2017 American Music Awards



Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
