If you have a bad gag reflex, you might want to consider stopping here.

On Thursday night, Lady Gaga hit the stage at Stubb’s BBQ in Austin, Texas for the annual SXSW Music Festival. And while the singer is known for her wild, provocative and unconventional performances … Not even the star’s biggest fans could have seen this one coming.

During a performance of her song “Swine,” at the Doritos #BoldStage, the 27-year-old invited a professional vomit painter to the stage who gulped down a glass of green liquid, before proceeding to vomit the green slime all over Gaga while she played the drums. In the video, the painter can be seen sticking her fingers down her throat as she leans over Gaga and regurgitates all over her.

That’s when the two straddled each other on a mechanical bull and the vomit painter began to drink a darker liquid. After another puke session, the painter started to paint on the singer while the bull rode around in circles.

“I love my fans because they always let me be myself and they don’t care what anybody says,” Gaga said to the crowd.

This performance has seriously raised the bar … There’s no telling what the star is going to do next.

That’s right almost a million bucks — $996,631.90 to be exact — was slotted for Drake to shoot the visuals for his latest hit but instead he used all the money to make a difference. And in doing so, he made us cry … multiple times. Just watch the video below.

In a statement the self-professed “6god” said this video was “the most important thing” he’s ever done. We’d agree.
