Chris Brown To Spend At Least A Month In Jail
Chris Brown will spend at least another month in jail. Brown was kicked out of a treatment facility on Friday, and was subsequently arrested after a judge warned him that leaving the institution early under any circumstance would result in his detainment.
Brown was kicked out of the facility for comments made during a group therapy session. The singer is alleged to have said he is “really good with guns and knives.”
On Monday, Brown appeared in court hoping to be released to another treatment center, but was shot down by the judge. The singer will remain behind bars until April 23. The judge wants Chris in one place until a D.C. jury decides if he committed criminal assault in an unrelated case. That trial is set for April 17.
If Chris is convicted in D.C., he could be sentenced to 4 years in prison for violating probation in LA.
