Young Jeezy Arrested, Threatens His Son: “I Will Kill You”

Just In: Young Jeezy was taken into custody in Atlanta for battery, false imprisonment and sadly … making death threats against his son.

According to the legal documents, obtained by TMZ, the rapper allegedly got into a physical altercation with his son in September 2012.

The incident report states Jeezy’s son hit his head after the rapper allegedly threw him into the glass shower door in a bathroom. That’s when Jay Wayne Jenkins, the rapper’s legal name, allegedly punched him in the face and pulled him to the bedroom where he continued to pound on him.

According to the documents, Jeezy then threatened him, saying, “I will kill you.” The rapper’s son alleges that his father also said, “I will put a bullet in your head right now … If I could get away with it, I would kill you.”

Over a year later, Jeezy turned himself in. According to reports, the star turned himself into authorities on Friday after “a grand jury warrant for each charge was issued.”

The rapper posted bond for $45,000.

While it’s unclear which son was involved, we do know that he has two sons, Shyheim Jenkins and 17-year-old Jadarius Jenkins.

Jeezy’s lawyer tells TMZ that, “We have no doubt this matter will resolve itself appropriately. At this moment, Mr. Jenkins is thankful for the support of his fans and the respect for his family’s privacy.”

Music’s most amazing night went down Sunday at the Microsoft Theater in L.A. and we have to say the night was all about the ladies!

That’s right the 45th American Music Awards had some major moments and some major girl power starting with Pink and Kelly Clarkson.

The duo got the show started singing R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts”, but it was their solo performances that had fans going nuts.

Kelly Clarkson returned to the stage and had everyone on their feet with a medley of her classic tracks and new single “Love So Soft.”

While Pink took her career to new heights leaping off the side of a building while performing her hit single “Beautiful Trauma.”

Christina Aguilera, paid tribute to Whitney Houston with a commemorative performance for the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard.

But the #Majah moment of the night had to be Diana Ross. The Motown legend was given the Lifetime Achievement Award, and performed some of her greatest hits before accepting the honor.
