The 53-year-old, who has been very open about her health battles, came out about her sexuality on December 29 in a touching Facebook message. In her end of the year post, the star wrote on the social media website: “I am grateful for my entire family, my long time girlfriend, Amber, and friends as we prepare to celebrate a glorious new year together.”

Amber is reportedly a licensed massage therapist from San Francisco; she and Roberts allegedly met through mutual friends.
