Surprised? Who’s Not Coming To Kelly Rowland’s Wedding

Kelly Rowland plans on having a very small wedding.

During an exclusive interview with People, the X Factor judge shared what kind of ceremony she wants to have. “I think we just really want it to be us and our pastor. That’s it,” she said. “I mean, we are the only two that’s going to be in the marriage.”

“You have to pay for food for everyone and I’m not down with that,” she said about possibly having a reception. “Everyone is there just to be nosy and see who I’m wearing, you know. I’m okay.”

Kelly confirmed earlier this week that she is engaged to her manager, Tim Witherspoon. “He put a ring on it,” the 32-year-old said during an interview on The Queen Latifah Show. “It’s been a while. We’ve kept it very, very low—for years, to be completely honest.”

The singer then went on to share how her man popped the question. “He asked me first on Skype … I remember we were both just kinda like, honestly, just staring at each other. And he asked me, and it was just that simple to say yes. I was like, ‘I got my best friend to ride through life with.’ He really is my best friend.”
