Despite Chris Brown’s personal woes, his close friends are sticking behind him.
While on the red carpet for Floyd Mayweather’s Annual Celebrity Classic Toy Drive and Basketball Game, HipHollywood caught up with Brown’s buddy, Tank who opened up about the singer’s progress.
“Chris Brown is taking care of his business. He’s a grown man and he understands everything that’s going with in himself and his circle. He’s doing what he has to do to take care of himself first,” Tank said. “My biggest thing is CB, him. We put a lot of pressure on these kids to be perfect.”
Kid Ink, who has two songs with Brown on his forthcoming album, also shared with HipHollywood his thoughts on the singer’s recent woes. While on the red carpet for Power 106’s Cali Christmas, the rapper told us that Chris is just a “regular guy.”
“He’s cool. He’s a mad humble regular guy. He always just keeps it all chill. Always on some positive stuff as far as when you talk to him,” he said. “He just wants to be regular. He’s a regular person just like we all are. The only problem is he has more people focused on what he’s doing.”
Brown’s probation was revoked on Monday afternoon after his October arrest in Washington D.C. when he allegedly hit a man in the face in front of the W Hotel.
The singer was not taken into custody because he is already in a three month rehab program.
