Drake Sued For Missing Chicago Concerts

Drake and his talent agency are being sued by two Chicago-based companies for missing three concerts and not giving any form of refund.

The suit that has been filed states that Drake missed multiple Chicago concerts on his tour including ones at UIC Pavilion and the Allstate arena. The two companies filing the lawsuit, Status Entertainment and Show-n-Off Entertainment, claim that they had invested $202,800 over a two year period in the 28-year-old rapper’s touring but did not get a return on investment because he skipped their shows.

The lawsuit includes charges of unjust enrichment, breaking the Deceptive Business Practices Act and a breach of contract. While we know that he definitely has the money to pay off the $200,000 that he is being sued for, this still is not a good look for “Champagne Papi”.
