Diddy Branches Out Into The Tequila Market With DeLeon Tequila
Diddy has taken Ciroc Vodka and turned it into a $100 million franchise and now he has his sights set on tequila.
Sean “Diddy” Combs has apparently struck a deal with the DeLeon Tequila, a high end tequila brand and is looking to take them to the next level. The company which started in 2008 by Brent Hocking has made its mark in the market by aiming at the high end consumer market. At one point they actually turned down a spot in the show Entourage because they wanted to grow their brand slow and high-end. Currently, a shot of DeLeon can go for $90 at a bar and can go up to $825 per bottle.
Diddy will be throwing a New Year’s party his Miami mansion on exclusive Star Island and we are sure to see some pictures of celebs drinking the new agave-based drink.
