Chris Brown, Probation Revoked Over D.C Fight!

Chris Brown’s legal troubles are far from over because the singer’s probation has been revoked.

On Monday afternoon, the judge in the 2009 Rihanna assault case revoked Brown’s probation because of the felony assault charge stemming from the Washington D.C fight back in October.

But lucky for Brown, he was not taken into custody because he is already in a court-ordered residential rehab program. The judge did however order the singer to appear back in court on February 10 to decide whether or not he will serve jail time following rehab.

Brown, who has been on probation since the 2009 assault, is currently serving a three month rehab stint for anger management. According to the progress report documents, the 24-year-old successfully completed a 12-hour ropes course “to enhance team-building skills and trust” and participates in a weekly boot camp.

The judge is pleased with the singer’s “progress.”
