R&B singer Miguel says he’s not guilty of driving under the influence. The “Adorn” singer entered his not guilty please inside a Los Angeles courtroom on Thursday.
Miguel was stopped last month (August 15) by authorities for driving erratically in Marina Del Rey, CA. The singer was given a breathalyzer test in which he blew a .10 and .11 BAC, well over California’s legal limit of .08.
The 27-year-old was not in court Thursday, but his attorney entered the not guilty plea on his behalf. Things will proceed with the case on October 24th.
