How Game Helped The Family Of A Murdered 6-Year-Old Girl

Published

on

Compton rapper The Game is doing his part to help the family of murdered 6-year-old, Tiana Ricks. The girl was shot and killed in Moreno Valley last weekend while with her father.

After hearing about the news, the rapper donated $10,000 to help cover her funeral costs. He also posted this heartfelt message on Instagram about what happened:

The picture above is of 6 year old ‘Tiana Ricks’ who was gunned down in Moreno Valley this past weekend holding onto her fathers leg as men approached & opened fire wounding both Tiana & her father.

Tiana did not know she was shot & kept asking was her father okay until 2 1/2 hours later when lil Tiana was passed away just after midnite on Sunday… I read about this story here in Australia & immediately tracked down her mother @lost_the_love_of_my_life & noticed her & the family trying to raise $10,000 for funeral costs…. So I got her on a 3 way with my accountant & now I’m in the process of transferring $10,000 from my account to hers !!!!!

Follow her now @lost_the_love_of_my_life & show her support thru this tough time…… Prayers are definitely needed. My sincerest condolences to you & your family Marquia. Glad that I could be of some help….. I don’t know what else to say, but @therobinhoodproject got you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #TheRobinHoodProject.

Tragic story.

Will also snapped some fun flicks with his son Jaden before greeting fans and speaking with reporters including HipHollywood.

He told HipHollywood that he was super excited to reunite with his Suicide Squad director David Ayer for the film, and would “work with him whenever he wants to.

“I love his madness how he creates,” gushes Smith. “How he thinks about scenes, the way he works with actors, it’s some of the best psychological work of any director I’ve ever worked with.”

In the film Smith plays an LAPD cop in a mythical world of orcs, elves and fairies … and Ayer told us, he couldn’t think of anyone better for the role.

“We had such a good time on Suicide Squad together and this role is kind of perfect for him, it’s an edgy movie, buts it’s funny. He’s got the best sense of humor of anybody I know.”

BRIGHT debuts on Netflix December 22. Peep the newest trailer below.
