Kevin Hart Pleads No Contest To DUI, Sentenced To Three Years Probation
Kevin Hart is off the hook and will avoid jail time after pleading no contest to DUI.
On Monday, Hart was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to complete three months of alcohol education classes after being charged with two counts of DUI. The comedian-actor was also slapped with a $390 fine.
On April 14th the Let Me Explain actor was spotted driving at nearly 98 mph in a black Mercedes on US 101. The 33-year-old was weaving in and out of traffic and almost ran into a gas truck.
