Chris Brown was spotted leaving Hooray Henry’s nightclub in West Hollywood on Thursday night, the same day a Los Angeles judge dismissed the singer’s hit-and-run case.

Brown was photographed leaving the LA hot spot, sporting khaki pants, a brown sweater, brown hat, and smiling from ear to ear.

Brown’s hit-and-run case was dismissed on Thursday after the the singer and the victim reached a civil compromise. The female victim did not want any money and wanted the case dismissed, but according to Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, the woman was reimbursed through insurance for $800 in damage to her Mercedes Benz.

During the hearing, Deputy City Attorney Patrick D. Hiscocks argued that Brown was still on probation during the time of the May accident, and that he acted in an “aggressive fashion” when allegedly refusing to fork over any form of identification.

Despite the City Attorney’s arguments, the judge overruled, and dismissed the case.

Brown will be back in court on Friday about his probation that was revoked last month.

Will also snapped some fun flicks with his son Jaden before greeting fans and speaking with reporters including HipHollywood.

He told HipHollywood that he was super excited to reunite with his Suicide Squad director David Ayer for the film, and would “work with him whenever he wants to.

“I love his madness how he creates,” gushes Smith. “How he thinks about scenes, the way he works with actors, it’s some of the best psychological work of any director I’ve ever worked with.”

In the film Smith plays an LAPD cop in a mythical world of orcs, elves and fairies … and Ayer told us, he couldn’t think of anyone better for the role.

“We had such a good time on Suicide Squad together and this role is kind of perfect for him, it’s an edgy movie, buts it’s funny. He’s got the best sense of humor of anybody I know.”

BRIGHT debuts on Netflix December 22. Peep the newest trailer below.
