HipHollywood has learned Amanda Bynes’ psychiatric hold has been extended for 30 days, and her parents have been granted conservatorship over the troubled actress’ affairs.

According to reports, Byne’s doctors extended the actress’ psych hold because they felt the 27-year-old was “gravely disabled” with mental illness and was not ready to leave the hospital.

Because of the hold,Β  Amanda was not able to appear in court Friday morning where her parents won conservatorship over their daughter’s finances.

A judge granted Byne’s parents a temporary conservatorship until September 30. They will be able to control the former Nickelodeon star’s finances and personal well being until a judge decides whether or not to make it permanent.

Although the couple faced some bumps in the road earlier this year with Kev being extorted over a video showing him cheating on his wife, the couple has bounced back. And on Tuesday night’s jungle-themed red carpet Hart told HipHollywood, “My wife is just an amazing woman … I would not be me right now without that woman in my life.”

You can see Kev, alongside Dewayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jack Black and more, when “Jumani: Welcome To The Jungle” hits theaters on December 20th.
