D.A Wants Chris Brown’s Probation Revoked After Hit-And-Run
HipHollywood has learned that L.A. County District Attorney filed documents today asking a judge to revoke Chris Brown’s probation.
In the documents, obtained by HH, the D.A. is asking the judge in the 2009 Rihanna beating case to revoke the “Fine China” singer’s probation based on Brown’s hit-and-run case.
In May, the singer rear ended a car in Los Angeles, and according to the documents, Brown “willfully and unlawfully” failed to show his drivers license and other “valid evidences of identification.”
After the motion was filed, Chris took to Twitter to express his disappointment. “I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C’mon,” the 24-year-old wrote.
Brown could face four years behind bars if he is found guilty of violating his probation.
