Chris Brown’s Probation Revoked After Hit-And-Run

The judge in the 2009 Rihanna beating case has revoked Chris Brown’s probation.

The D.A filed a motion on Monday asking the judge to revoke Brown’s probation based on the singer’s hit-and-run case. The 24-year-old’s failure to show proof of insurance and valid identification after a minor car accident in May is what prompted the revocation.

Chris Brown will remain a free man until his probation violation hearing in August. If Brown is found guilty of violating his probation, the singer could face up to four years in prison.
