Chris Brown And Drake Cleared From $16 Million Nightclub Brawl Lawsuit

Published

Chris Brown and Drake’s $16 million nightclub brawl lawsuit has been dismissed.

After Brown and Drake’s fight in NYC last year, Entertainment Enterprises, the company who owns Greenhouse nightclub, sued the rapper and singer for $16 million dollars after their bottle throwing incident went down.

But now, just one year later, a judge has ruled that Drake and Chris don’t owe a dime to the nightclub. According to TMZ, the judge claimed that Drake and Chris had “no duty to the club to behave, especially because their brawl didn’t even occur on Greenhouse’s premises.”

The fight took place at W.i.P, a club directly underneath Greenhouse, but both venues ended up losing their license to serve alcohol. EE claimed that Greenhouse took a major hit after the altercation.

DMX Is Clean, Sober And Plans To Stay That Way!

It’s a new dawn, a new day … DMX is sober!

The rapper’s lengthy history with drug abuse has been well documented by his many arrest and sometimes bizarre behavior, but Dark Man X is putting all of that behind him.

X has been in a treatment facility since late August and has been doing really well. The rapper opted for rehab instead of house arrest in order to improve his chances of kicking his drug habit and it looks like it may have worked.

Sources tell TMZ, the program is almost complete, but x will probably stay another 30 days since he’s been responding so well. X has even been able to take day trips with a friend to a nearby town.

Congrats to DMX!
