Rapper Nelly will hit the stage tonight during the CMT Music Awards to perform his crossover hit “Cruise” with Florida Georgia Line.

This will be Nelly’s first time performing at a country awards show, but it was only before time the country fan ended up on stage to share his passion for country music. Nelly, a long time country fan serves as one of many hip hop artists who have collaborated with country artists, including LL Cool J, who recently teamed up with Brad Paisley for thier controversial track “Accidental Racist.”

“Music was only in line to be integrated like that. It’s a beautiful thing because you want your kids to be multifaceted. You want your kids to experience a lot more than you did as a child,” Nelly said in a statement.

Also added to the list of performers, Lenny Kravitz, who will be performing with Jason Aldean.

Tune in for the awards show at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CMT.

And on Tuesday night’s jungle-themed red carpet Hart told HipHollywood, “My wife is just an amazing woman … I would not be me right now without that woman in my life.”

You can see Kev, alongside Dewayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jack Black and more, when “Jumani: Welcome To The Jungle” hits theaters on December 20th.
