How Henry Cavill Beefed Up For His Role In ‘Man Of Steel’
It’s the summer blockbuster we’ve all been waiting for, Man of Steel. Starring Henry Cavill as Superman, director Zack Snyder’s action packed flick takes audiences on a ride through the life of Clark Kent.
As the man who is faster than a speeding bullet, and stronger than ever, looking the part was key. HipHollywood caught up with Cavill who shared what he did to prepare for his role as America’s favorite superhero.
“It was a very long training process, I did five months over all,” Henry shared. “There were different types of training throughout. There was the conditioning, the foundation stage, mass building stage,” Cavill added.
