Johnson faced a Judge in a Florida courtroom Monday morning for his hearing, where Broward Judge Kathleen McHugh ordered him to 30 days behind bars. Johnson could have gotten off easier if he hadn’t, get this, slapped his lawyer in the butt during the hearing.
According to reports, Johnson could have walked away with no jail time, but instead, Chad’s playful actions angered the judge. McHugh reportedly claimed Johnson wasn’t taking things seriously enough, so she not only sentenced him to a month in jail, but also extended his probation for three months.
Just moments after the hearing, Chad tweeted, “Love me through the good and the bad because I’m gone love you regardless… See you in 30.”
