United Talent Agency To Donald Faison, “Pay Up”

Actor Donald Faison is wrapped up in a legal battle after a lawsuit was filed against the talented actor for not paying his agents.

Faison, who made nearly $75,356 per episode on the hit show Scrubs, allegedly stopped paying United Talent Agency their 10% commission after Episode 3 of Season 9. The agency claims they initially got Donald the gig back in 2001 are angry that he has not paid up. “Faison has not only turned his back on the people that helped slingshot his career, but on his contractual obligations to those people,” UTA wrote in the lawsuit.

The group also alleges that Faison failed to pay them after they booked him to appear on a pilot episode of the ABC sitcom, The Law. The actor made nearly $60k.

HipHollywood reached out to United Talent Agency for comment, but no word back.

UTA is seeking more than $70k in damages.
