It looks like Jamie Foxx is making a return to the small screen.

The Oscar -winning actor has just inked a deal with TBS to produce a scripted series titled “Dad, Stop Embarrassing Me!

According to the network, the show is loosely based on Jamie’s relationship with his 18-year-old daughter Corrine. Every teenager is embarrassed by his/her parents,” explained a rep at the recent Turner Upfronts. “But what if your dad decided to descend upon your life in every way? Inspired by Jamie Foxx’s relationship with his 18-year-old daughter, this comedy explores the dynamic between a parent and a child and all the embarrassment that comes with it.”

No word on if Foxx or his daughter Corrine will actually star in the show.

Foxx is currently filming The Amazing Spider Man 2, and also just recently inked a deal with the SyFy channel to produce a 5-part horror series which will begin airing in October.

Go Jamie! Will you be watching?
