“Full House” Star Slams Kanye West For Comparing Himself To Jesus

Published

Former Full House star Candace Cameron-Bure is not happy with Kanye West. During an interview Monday morning with radio host Sway of Sway in the Morning, the actress slammed the rapper for allegedly titling his new album, Yeezus.

“This is way too close … It totally bugs me. I have issues with that,” Candace explained, noting the ties between the name Jesus and the title of Ye’s album. “There’s a million other names out there … And you could have chosen one that is not one letter off from Jesus. I mean, that’s just a little too close. Come on,” Cameron-Bure added.

“I would be humbled enough for what Jesus did for me that I don’t want to in any way elevate myself or put myself side by side,” she explained. “Because I’m humbled by his gratitude.”

But West wasn’t the only rapper Cameron had something to say about. “HOVA for Jehova is also way too close,” Candace added about rapper Jay-Z.

And in doing so, he made us cry … multiple times. Just watch the video below.

In a statement the self-professed “6god” said this video was “the most important thing” he’s ever done. We’d agree.
