Will Justin Bieber be prosecuted for spitting in a neighbors face and threatening to kill him?

Back in March, Bieber was driving his Ferrari at incredibly high speeds through his Calabasas neighborhood, but the pop stars erratic driving infuriated one neighbor. The neighbor allegedly confronted Bieber on his front lawn, and that’s when Justin spit on the neighbor and threatened to kill him.

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department sent the case to the DA’s, who will determine whether or not the “As Long As You Love Me” singer will be charged with battery.

HipHollywood spoke with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office who told us the case is under review.
