While Mario Lopez will be back to host another season of The X Factor, Season 2 co-host, Khloe Kardashian, will not be returning to the music competition show.

FOX released a statement Monday morning that stated: “Khloe Kardashian will not be returning to co-host ‘The X Factor.’ We really enjoyed working with her and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.”

Khloe struggled on the FOX show last season, and it was no secret the basketball wife was nervous on camera. The reality star even shared her fear of being on the national show while filming last season of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.

In an interview with HuffPost Live a few months ago, Khloe admitted to struggling on the show. “I will have an earpiece in my ear, and while I’m trying to read the teleprompter then I have someone counting down … and they’re like, ‘Okay, ask Simon this or that’ … There were so just so many peices I never knew that were involved in live TV,” the former host explained.

Khloe isn’t the only one not returning. Judges Britney Spears and L.A. Reid will no longer be on the show. As for Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato, you can catch them back at the judge’s table for Season 3.
