Boston Massacre: Rick Ross, Alicia Keys, Others Take To Twitter Following Explosions

Multiple explosions in Boston have left at least two people dead, several severely injured and the city in disarray. Video shows what appears to be an explosive device going off near the finish line of Monday’s Boston Marathon.

What caused the explosions remains unknown, but celebrities are taking to Twitter to share their thoughts and prayers on the tragedy.
