This is the sex scandal that just won’t go away.

Sheldon Stephens, the man who claims that he had an inappropriate relationship with Sesame Street puppeteer Kevin Clash when he was just 16 years old, is making new allegations. Stephens says that he and the man behind Elmo not only had sexual relations, but alleges that some of their liaisons took place during crystal meth sex parties.

Stephens says that he was chauffeured to Clash’s home by a limo driver, and while there, would smoke crystal meth and give his alleged abuser poppers. Stephens even points fingers at the limo driver, saying that he got in on the action by watching and masturbating.

The victim, now 24, made the first allegations against the disgraced puppeteer last year, then recanted his statement and settled matters with Clash privately. Soon after, he disavowed the settlement because it had a provision requiring him to say he was making the allegations up. Now, Stephens has filed a new lawsuit seeking an undisclosed amount of money.

Clash’s attorney released the following statement regarding the civil action:

“Sheldon Stephens has already admitted in writing that he had ‘an adult consensual relationship’ with Mr. Clash … Mr. Clash continues to deny any wrongdoing, and we intend to defend this case forcefully.”

Kevin Clash resigned from Sesame Street after an additional three accuser came forward alleging they too had inappropriate relationships with the puppeteer.
