Mary J. Blige is considering releasing a memoir that would highlight her awesome story and give advice to millions of women who have struggled with similar issues.
"I think its time. I am absolutely living my dream! My dream all my life has been to help women because I'm a woman and I'm helping myself and thousands and millions of women with my story," says Blige.
Blige wants to ensure that up and coming singers can benefit from knowing her plight, and hopefully avoid some of the mistakes she's made.
"It's imperative for me to help all of the younger singers who come up behind me because I don't want anyone to suffer through what I suffered through," she explained. "I almost ended up with nothing; meaning dead, broke and whatever you want to call it. I was given this position not just for myself but to be an example to them because they are me!"
She hasn't announced a deal with a publisher yet, but we don't know anyone that would pass that up!

I guess Chris Brown figured that his tattered image would heal itself sooner than later. Well, not so much. With laughable record sales and practically no air play on radio stations around the country, Chris Brown took to saynow.com to send a plea to his fans.
He begs his fans to "bring me back" and claims that "a lot of radio stations aren't playing my records. They are not being that supportive and I wouldn't expect them to."

Teenage girls all around the world woke up screaming as they looked at text messages from their BF's that read, "Like, OMG the Eclipse trailer has totally been released today!!!!"
Ok, we were a little excited as well see their pale little faces once again. New Moon was pretty good! Eclipse is coming to a theater near you on June 30th. In this third installment, Bella has to make the decision to let Edward sink his fangs into her (like, for real) to become a sexy vamp, while Jacob proclaims his love and vows to love Bella just the way she is - human and what not. Meanwhile, Victoria (vamp chick with the sexy, ravenous, red curly hair) is on the hunt to shred Bella to pieces. Yeah, she's still mad that Bella is all chumsy with her former flour-faced fella (Edward).

Good Morning America snagged another interview with Beyonce and her mother, Tina Knowles, to discuss their new venture - the Beyonce Cosmetology Center for recovering addicts. During the interview, Bey gives a person tour of the facility and details why it was important for the Phoenix House to have a cosmetology program.

Over the last few months, we've seen countless articles discussing the plight of the Black woman. These articles detail our supposed problems with finding and keeping love, so-called high rates of "singledom", and recently, everything from our net worth is less than $100 to "half of all Black women have genital herpes" has surfaced. We here at HipHollywood are sick of it and believe that some authors, bloggers, speakers and even research analysts are just creating this mass hysteria for profit.
