And because of this affinity for our chocolate (milk & dark) brothers, Sherri Shepherd was on board to help them in anyway she could.  Shepherd hosted the VIP Reception for the 2nd Annual African Men’s Health and Empowerment Summit to help bring awareness to medical issues with Black men.  The reception was presented by the "Black Barbershop Organization" which takes an unconventional route in helping Black men with their health.  HH talked to Sherri and Dr. Bill Releford (Founded of the Black Barbershop Health Outreach Program) about what we can do to help African-American men understand their medical needs.
