We love Kid Cudi.We even hosted the Rapper at our HipHollywood offices, so this is totally out of character as far as we are concerned. Here's what a Canadian Site is reporting.

Rapper Kid Cudi punched a fan during his performance Saturday night at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver. The incident was captured in video posted to YouTube. In the footage, Cudi is in mid-song when a small object, possibly a wallet, is tossed from the crowd and lands near his feet on the stage. A moment later, the rapper removes his earpiece monitors, drops his microphone, hops off the stage and throws a left jab over a barricade into the crowd. Handlers jump in almost immediately to restrain both Kid Cudi and members of the crowd.
