'Lola' Jokes About Taking a Spill At AMA's

Eventhough J-Lo fell flat on her generous bottom at AMA's the other night, she definitely continued like nothing ever happened. She spoke with Ryan Seacrest about the now infamous 'spill':

After Seacrest commends her for executing the “greatest recovery ever,” Lopez kids: “I meant to do that. What are you talking about? Don’t you know me better than that? It was part of the choreography!” Suddenly philosophical, she adds: “the measure of things is, it’s not what happens when you fall, it’s how you handle it when you fall.”

Her biggest — but most jittery — fan? Husband Marc Anthony. “When I perform, this man is a nervous wreck. It is very cute,” she coos. “Last night, he was very proud. He couldn’t stop — he was beaming.”

Cute. To be fair, you're really not a great performer unless you have a fantastic fall. Sub par performers slip a little, but the GREATS tumble down stairs, roll, tuck and really make the fall memorable. The mark of a great performer, indeed.
