Bynes was arrested in New York overnight for reckless endangerment after allegedly throwing a foot long bong out of her 36th floor New York apartment. We guess she enjoys spending time with Puff the Magic Dragon, because before tossing the bong, she was reportedly smoking a spliff inside her building’s lobby.

Police were initially called to the scene because of the lobby incident. That’s when Bynes tossed the bong from her apartment window.

The former Nickelodeon star arrived to court wearing gray sweatpants, white sneakers, Versace sweatshirt and a disheveled blonde wig. She was released without bail after telling the judge what she threw out of her window was “just a vase.”

She’s due back in court in July.

The back of the r&b singer’s Donatella Versace dress split open during a chat with host, Lara Spencer. “Oh shoot, now the back of my dress just popped,” an alarmed Carey said. “I love you Donatella, but it popped.”

The program went to commercial shortly after the mishap, but when GMA returned, Carey was heard saying, “Oh, sh*t.” Realizing she was on live TV, she quickly added, “You didn’t hear that!”, but little good that did. The American Idol judge eventually performed her new single, “#Beautiful”.

A family friend of the late actor told TMZ that she went to visit Forest Lawn Cemetery where Duncan was buried, and that’s when she noticed a cartoonish black figure attached to the center of the tomb. The friend was led to believe that drawing was that of “Sambo,” a racial term used to describe a black person.

The friend filed a vandalism report with the Los Angeles Police Department who is currently investigating. The situation reportedly could be considered a hate crime, and the image on the tomb was taken down immediately.

Duncan died on September 3 of last year after complications following a heart attack. The Oscar nominated actor was 54-years-old.

TIME magazine exclusively obtained photos of President Obama from his senior prom night. The picture is of a 17-year-old Obama, posing with his date, Megan Hughes, and his two friends Greg Orme and Kelli Allman. Obama attended Punahou School, in Hawaii, and his date was a student at the Hawaii School for Girls at La Pietra.

The President of the United States rocked black slacks, a black button-up shirt, blue tie and an off-white blazer. The foursome were draped in leis, and smiles that brightened up the room.

Allman, Obama’s former classmate who found the pictures, told TIME that it was a really fun and happy time. “We were all cracking up, and everyone was smiling … It was pretty typical from there out as far as what happens at prom: the dinner and the dancing and the photos,” Allman shared.
