Rapper Kodak Black came extremely close to being released from jail today … until he wasn’t. During the exit process, authorities discovered Kodak had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. Brett Clarkson with the Sun Sentinel broke the news first, tweeting:

The warrants stem from incidents in St. Lucie County, Florida and Florence, South Carolina. One of the warrants is classified as a no-bond hold, which means Black cannot be released.

Kodak has been dealing with a number of legal issues that have kept him behind bars. Those include charges of robbery, false imprisonment, marijuana possession, driving without a driver’s license and illegal firearm possession.
