Young Thug Compares Chance The Rapper To Prince

Chance The Rapper just got a huge compliment from rap star Young Thug. HipHollywood caught up with Thugger Thugger about appearing in Chance’s recent video for his single “No Problem” and supporting the Chicago MC who he compares to Prince.

“I think people are sleeping on Chance’s skills,” said the Atlanta bred rapper. I think he’s going to die like Prince, a slept on Legend.”

The 23-year-old independent artist just dropped his long-awaited LP “Coloring Book” and while many critics praised the album, other hip-hop fans had mixed reviews.

If we had a say in the matter we would agree that Chance is special, and a gift to the hip hop world. Only time will tell however, if he lives up to the word ‘genius’ bestowed upon the Purple One.
